Last night was surprisingly easy. Emily is a good sleeper. Totally awesome.
Today at the gym was much less easy. I apparently pushed myself really hard for the first 20 minutes on the Hell Machine because the last 10 were ROUGH. I felt like I was going to vomit. It sucked.
I'm also getting used to my new grill. it's charcoal, which I haven't dealt with ever, really. I lose heat really quickly. I think I need to stop spreading the charcoal out so much AND use more. This definitely bears thought and more work. And by that, I mean more grilling.
Workout: 30 on the Hell Machine, two laps around the track, then biceps, triceps, lats and abs.
Oh. Abs. I forgot to mention the new machine. It looks a lot like the old, familiar ab machine at YSU. But it's tricky. You tuck your legs and it is not a killer. It is a full on murderer. Tonight, I would sneeze and my abs would ache. Awesome and terrible all at once.
Breakfast:
2 servings of Special K with skim milk with a splash of Sugar Free Vanilla creamer
2 pieces of Protein Plus toast with butter
Lunch:
3 pieces of leftover pizza, spread out over a good amount of time
Dinner:
BBQ chicken breast
Shrimp skewer
Salad with tomatoes, lettuce and cheese and Creamy Italian dressing
Snack:
1 1/2 servings of Honey Nut Cheerios with skim milk
2 servings of Jillian Michaels brand Vanilla protein shake--not as a big a fan of this one.
