Day 31.

NO ONE REMINDED ME TO DO YOGA.

But I did it anyway.

And it was like starting all over again from scratch. Except that I knew exactly what I was getting into this time. So while I was breathing heavily and sweating profusely I couldn't blame ignorance. I had to suck it up and take it like a man. A man that wanted to cry like a little girl.

But I did it. Yay for me. Back to the gym tomorrow.

Breakfast:
2 servings of Special K Vanilla Almond cereal with Vanilla yogurt
2 pieces of toast with Apple Butter

Lunch:
Leftover homemade fried rice
1/2 a clementine
1 container of Strawberry yogurt

Dinner:
Spaghetti bake
Leftover Luigis pizza
Salad with cucumber, three types of lettuce, carrots and House Italian dressing

Ice cream for dessert.

I feel like I haven't had enough water this weekend. I need to get with that. Dammit.

  1. Yoga is tough. I wish it didn't cost so much to take classes. It's funny how stretching can kick your ass so hard.
