"Locker Room Scripture: a short play."

We join the conversation
Guy 1: No, man, you don't know my thoughts.
Guy 2: OK, but what about upstairs? What'd you say?"
Guy 1: When?
Guy 2: 'Look at her waist.'
Guy 1: But you don't know what I was thinking (points to his head).
Guy 2: Sinning is sinning.
Guy 1: You don't know what I was thinking though.
Guy 2: Is that any different than 'Look at her booty?'
(At this point Guy 2 looks at Observer with his eyebrows raised. Observer shakes his head.)
Observer: That's no different at all.
(Guy 2 looks back at Guy 1.)
Guy 2: See?
Guy 1: You don't know what I was thinking. I could tell you anything, but I know what I was thinking. And I wasn't thinking that.
Guy 2: Sinning is sinning.
Guy 1: It's not about what you think I was thinking, but what I was thinking. And it's about what scripture says and I know what scripture says.
Guy 2: What about cursing?
Guy 1: I don't curse.
Guy 2: You said 'nigga' on Facebook yesterday.
Guy 1: 'Nigga' isn't a curse.
Guy 2: Yes it is.
Guy 1: Show me in scripture where cursing is a sin.
Guy 2: 'Nigga' is a curse.
Guy 1: Show me in scripture.
(At this point they begin to exit the locker room, their conversation fading as they exit.)

A pretty accurate description of the conversation that I overheard today. By far the funniest thing I've heard yet.
Did 40 on the Hell Machine which was difficult but rewarding. I don't even know what that means. But I felt pretty solid after I did it. Then I went on to lift some weights and it didn't suck today. I could do it. It definitely helps when the machine is set up correctly AND you've had a day off to rest those muscles. I did bicep curls, rowing, and the incline chest press. Sets of 15, 12, 10 with the weight going up each time, two times each machine.
I also did this thing called the Abdominal Isolator. Basically it is like doing crunches in a seated position with weights. I just played with it today, but I'm going to go back to it again and get a better feel for it. Right now my abs don't hurt, so I don't think that I did a lot with it. Then again, it's still early.
Should've done yoga tonight. I need to get a regular rotation with that. Tuesday and Thursday are late nights, so they're almost always out. Maybe a MWFSu schedule for that. We shall see.
Breakfast:
2 servings of Special K Vanilla Almond with Vanilla yogurt
2 pieces of white toast with Apple Butter
1 banana
Snack:
MEGA COLOSSAL PROTEIN BAR THING
(intended for this to be my mid-day meal but it didn't work like that. Mostly because I'm always FAMISHED after a workout and I ate this pre-workout. It was pretty good though.)
Lunch:
12" Turkey sub on wheat with provolone, lettuce, tomato, pickles and mustard. Toasted.
32 oz. Strawberry Oasis plus protein powder smoothie (I love these.)
Dinner:
Cheeseburger with ketchup, mustard and pickle
Broccoli, cheese and rice
Salad with all kinds of crap in it and House Italian dressing.
Lots of water today. Probably could have done more.
