I am often petrified that I will post the wrong date in my post title. Is that weird?
Do you ever do something that you absolutely know you are going to regret later? Today, I did exactly that. I did 65 minutes on the Hell Machine. Yes. For real. 65 minutes. Hell Machine. I totally kicked the crap out of that thing.
Or vice versa. We shall see.
Also signed up to speak to a nutritionist. I figured that was probably a good idea.
Short post tonight. Very tired. See you tomorrow.
Breakfast:
2 servings of Cheerios Crunch with Milk
1 piece of Oatmeal Bread toast with butter and jelly
Possibly a banana
Lunch:
Tuna with 1/2 tbs of mayo and Old bay seasoning
2 servings of Triscuits
1 carrot, sliced into sticks
1 apple
a bunch of Almonds (probably too many)
Dinner:
Leftover rice and beans with leftover chicken and spiced with DOYLE WOLFGANG VON FRANKENSTEIN'S HOT SAUCE FROM HELL (Which was really good. It was definitely hot but had awesome flavor. Reminded me of Louisiana Licker's sauce from Quaker Steak and Lube, but waaaaaaay hotter. I liked it.)
Some weird yogurt with a bunch of protein (like 12g!)
A bunch of water. The end.
