Day 2, again.

Working out is much more difficult at home. Both of our later classes were canceled, so we came home early. Which means we also skipped lunch. Which means we didn't eat until dinner. Which was rough.

Did my time after we put the kids to bed. 10 minutes and 2 miles on the bike, 30 minutes on the treadmill (10 fast, 10 slow with some hand weights then 10 fast again) and 10 more minutes on the bike for 2 more miles.

While I was working out, I had crazy ideas of waking up before I had to get ready for class to do some time on the treadmill. It sounds crazy, but could it hurt? Am I that motivated? I don't know, honestly. The whole impetus for this thing is getting healthy, and working out once a day, every day is better than the prior never. Right?

Went over breakfast already. Had two 20 oz. bottles of water during the day, then Vanessa and I split two of those protein bars. One of them tasted like cookie dough. It was awesome.

Dinner:
Whole wheat spaghetti (possibly angel hair) with sauce and veal with some cheese on top. It was delicious, but probably not so great for me. But it was a small portion...
Also had a large salad and a couple pieces of cantaloupe.

Now I need a shower and something to drink. Maybe another yogurt.
