Day 3

Woke up at 8, even though I decided to bail on school today. I didn't feel like driving in the snow with the rest of the peons for my classes. Sue me.
Goofed around for a bit before I got up with the kids and had some breakfast. Then when Vanessa got up, I went and did an hour in the "gym." Which is really a spare bedroom.

Anyway. 10 minutes and 2.5 miles on the bike, 40 minutes and just shy of 2 miles on the treadmill (10 fast, 10 slow with hand weights, then 20 fast) and 10 more for 2.5 miles on the bike.

As far as the treadmill goes, I don't know why I did 40. It was supposed to be 30 but when I hit that, I was like, "Fuck it. Let's do 5 more." And then when I hit 35, I was like, "What the hell. 5 more." Then when I hit 40, I said, "Oh my Christ, I need to stop."

The last 10 on the bike were kind of rough. Probably a side effect of the 40 on the treadmill. The whole time, I was like, "That was only 20 seconds? FUUUUUCK."

Breakfast:
2 servings of Cream of Wheat, sweetened with Splenda
2 pieces of Protein plus toast with butter.

I'm really hungry for some lunch. Might do the drive and then have a salad.

  1. Sounds like you're going pretty strong. How else will you find your limits if you don't say "fuck it" every once in a while? Cheers!

  2. Be careful about burning yourself out too early, it is only day 3. But it sounds like you are doing fantastic!!
