Day 11.

Another day down.

So, the bastards in my Brit Lit class decided that today was a good day for pizza. It smelled like heaven. It smelled better than heaven, actually. But I refrained. I was a good boy. But Vanessa and I are totally having pizza tomorrow. It's the weekend... or some other excuse.

Did 45 on the treadmill, starting off on max incline and then going down to half max, kicking the speed up .1 every minute for 5 minutes then up .5 incline every minute for 5 minutes and then taking each one down, then back up, then down for 40, then full incline for 2.5 minutes and then ending on no incline. I felt the burn. 20 on the bike and 20 on the elliptical. I'm not currently brave enough to mess around with the bike and elliptical yet. I usually pick a resistance and stick to it. I might try switching it up more. When I'm braver.

Question: why does every gym have one TV that is constantly tuned to the Food Network? That seems cruel. Also, the IHOP All-You-Can-Eat Pancakes commercial? That is seriously screaming, "EFF YOU FATTY! EAT SOME PANCAKES!"

I don't even like IHOP, but I love me some pancakes...

Breakfast:
2+ servings of Cheerios Crunch with milk (the plus is because there was only a little at the bottom of the bag)
2 pieces of Protein Plus toast with peanut butter, honey and bananas

Lunch:
Ham and turkey wrap with cheese, lettuce and mustard on a Sun Dried tomato tortilla
A bunch of carrots
3 Clausen pickle spears (I effing love Clausen pickles)
1 Apple
1 Pineapple Coconut Dannon Yogurt (probably my favorite yogurt)

Snack:
Protein bar

4 bottles of water throughout the day

Dinner:
Leftover soup

Going to go watch Moon. See you tomorrow.

  1. Sounds like you're getting some good workouts with the dreadmill. Have a good weekend.

And congrats on the weight loss so far. (I've been out of town.)

  2. For some cruel and unusual reason I actually enjoy watching the food network while I work out at the gym. But i think it's related to my overall obsession with food.
