Dude. No, seriously, dude.
Today, I did absolutely nothing.
IT WAS AWESOME.
Maybe "absolutely nothing" is pushing it, but I really didn't do much. Hung out with Vanessa and the kids, went out to dinner with the folks, walked around Wal-Mart. The end. No working out. Unless you count hoisting Lilly around, because she's a chunker.
Tomorrow, back to the grind, though. Vanessa and I are going to hit the Tallmadge Rec for a bit and burn off the House of Hunan that we had tonight.
Which, by the way, was AWESOME (Yeah, I used "awesome" in all caps. Twice. What about it?). We went with my parents and split California, Philadelphia and Tempura Shrimp rolls. Then Vanessa and I ordered the 3 Cup Chicken to split and I sampled my parents Rose Beef. They were both fantastic. I think House of Hunan might be my favorite place in the whole world. Disney Land can suck it.
Tomorrow is my dad's last day of freedom, apparently, as he is starting a new job. Apparently. I don't hold out 100% faith on this, but we're having a big celebration breakfast anyway.
Breakfast:
3 pieces of Turkey Bacon
3 eggs, scrambled, with hot sauce
2 pieces of 100% Whole Wheat toast (we're out of Protein Plus!)
(This breakfast was delicious. It has been a long time since I had plain scrambled eggs and I had seriously doubted the Turkey Bacon. I think that if I do the eggs with Pam instead of butter, that I could do this more often... thoughts?)
Lunch:
2 pieces of leftover Luigi's pizza with pepperoni and mushroom.
(Thankfully, these are out of the house now, so I can no longer be tempted.)
Snack:
3 Graham crackers with peanut butter
Dinner:
Helpings of 3 Cup Chicken and Rose Beef with white rice
Wonton Soup
3 pieces Philly roll
2 or 3 pieces of California roll
2 pieces of Tempura Shrimp roll
(I was very disappointed that they didn't have fried shrimp heads like Duff said I should try. I would totally dig some fried shrimp heads.)
See you tomorrow.

Eggs (with Pam) and Turkey bacon is great, but you should maybe add some fruit instead of the toast - more vitamins with probably the same amount or close to it of carbs. And you don't have to add any fay to the fruit like you would the toast to make it taste right. I am really glad that variation on the speed worked for you. It is the fastest way I know of to not burn out but still improve on your speed. But it sounds like everything is going great and you don't sound discouraged at all yet!! Keep up the good work as you have many people rooting for you.
