A week down. I have no idea how to feel about it yet. Today did not feel productive.
My dad is definitely a weight loss blocker. He frequently says how his surgery helped him out, but he hasn't changed his lifestyle. He still eats pizza and Chinese food all the time. Both yesterday, I think. Plus he made that french toast and today we woke up to waffles. Which is nice, but not necessarily good for us. And worst of all, his feelings get hurt if you don't eat them.
Anyway. Grocery shopping today. Didn't pick up anything special, it's just what we did.
Got home and I worked out, 15 on the bike, 30 or 40 on the treadmill (I can't remember now) and then 10 more on the bike. Watched Metalocalypse the whole time and it was awesome.
Breakfast:
1 Waffles with butter and sugar free syrup
1 banana
Snack:
1 Weight Watchers Cherry Cheesecake Yogurt
Lunch:
1 Turkey and ham wrap with lettuce, cheese and mustard
1 Good Value Strawberry Banana Yogurt
A bunch of carrots
Dinner:
Salad with all kinds of field greens and lettuce, cheese and Italian dressing
Half of a twice baked potato
Steak with A1
Broccoli and cheese
Snack:
Dannon Pineapple Coconut Yogurt
Kashi Peanut Peanut Butter bar
Maybe today doesn't feel productive because I feel like a ate a bunch. I did drink a lot of water too.
Weigh in tomorrow night. We'll see how it goes.

I think it's awesome that you're doing this... and you're totally motivating me to keep working out so I can lose weight for the wedding and be healthy! Love you!
